Magda joins Inventure's team with deep experience in helping high-growth businesses predominately in consumer. Prior to Inventure, she spent six years at Balderton, investing in some of Europe's most exciting companies across Nordics and the UK, including Voi, Wayve, Tibber, Lassie, Uncommon.bio and 32.co.

Her investment focus includes consumer software, health tech, and businesses that are not afraid to tackle hard problems. She's particularly drawn to founders who demonstrate courage and a track record of winning against the odds, in their personal or professional journeys.

Before venture, Magda spent 3+ years at Goldman Sachs in London, across financing/risk management and later on in the Consumer, Retail & Healthcare M&A team.

Magda started early and has been going at full speed. As a 17-year old, she started working for Klarna along her studies, and as an 18-year old, she was the youngest city council member in Sweden. She has also been involved in entrepreneurship initiatives, and was formerly a national board member of Junior Achievement in Sweden.

She holds an MSc in Business & Economics from Lund University, and studied at Copenhagen Business School. Other than English and Swedish, she is a fluent Polish speaker. Magda has been London based since 2015.
